2017 Provides distributive pharmacy services, assistance and support for the registered pharmacist.
Reports to: Pharmacy Supervisor FLSA: Non-exempt Grade: 54 EEO: 01 Officials and Managers 02 Professionals X 03 Technicians 04 Sales Workers 05 Administrative Support Workers 06 Craft Workers 07 Operatives 08 Laborers and Helpers 09 Service Workers Essential Functions ? Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.
Fills medication carts on a daily basis.
Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.
Repackages bulk medications.
Job Requirements ? Minimum Education X High school diploma or equivalent Required Required Skills Certifications: X Basic Life Support (BLS) (BLS may be completed during week one of orientation, before patient care) Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
