Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Skills:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong calendar management skills to schedule appointments effectively
- Excellent clerical skills, including data entry and organization
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate projects and tasks efficiently
We are a full-service service dog provider for disabled veterans, with 3 programs.
We provide service dog training to veterans in need.
Grooming and Training for dogs in a fun environment.

8-hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday 9-5
Saturday 9-2

- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and order entry
- Assist with project coordination and provide support to various departments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in a dental office setting is a plus
