What we’re looking for Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Talent Development Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to understand, monitor, and track applicant flow and staffing needs.
They will also need to collaborate with other departments and section management for ongoing continuous improvement of the prescreening process, pipeline programs, and pre-promotion criteria; along with analysis of key staffing performance indicators such as hiring, attrition, retirement planning, authorized headcount, and bottlenecks/fall out within applicant flow for root cause problem identification with identification of countermeasures and implementation.
They will lead staffing initiatives for new models and take time changes under tight timelines utilizing visual management tools.
Reporting to the Manager-Talent Acquisition, the person in this role will support the Human Resource department's objective to support the overall success of the company.
What you’ll be doing Manage staffing and selection processes for various career opportunities at TMMMS.
Vendor management: Oversight of recruitment and assessment of vendors KPIs and process management via standardized work per Toyota standards.
Provide analytical, well-documented, visual management of KPIs with a structured report out to Sr.
Mgmt.
and Executives.
Accurately and efficiently perform data entry and other administrative tasks utilizing HR systems for the processing/tracking of applicants and for KPI reporting purposes.
Create, maintain, and follow standardized work for role.
Utilize data analysis and problem-solving to create short/mid/long-term strategies and make recommendations on how to improve KPIs.
What you bring Detail-oriented.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Resources or equivalent 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience in staffing-related functions such as recruitment, pre-hire assessments, onboarding, workforce planning, pipeline development, and project management.
Experience with Human Resource Technology systems.
Proficient user of Microsoft Excel (including dual-axis charting, pivot tables, vlook-up, formulas, conditional formatting, etc.
).
Proficient user of PowerPoint.
Added bonus if you have Toyota experience.
Experience using Workday .
Experience using Workday Recruit.
Experience with Power BI.
Experience developing/managing pipeline/feeder programs.
