This is a single-family home.
I live here by myself.
Don’t really need roommates just would like to have other people around because I work a lot and I’m rarely home.
I may ask to feed the pet occasionally or do something because I’m not home.
Of course that’s optional.
I do it by myself right now.
Recently divorced my kids are grown up and out of the house.
Recently remodeled the room can come furnished or unfurnished up to you.
College student, recent graduate, professional, All living arrangements will be considered.
All I ask is that you be respectful, don’t steal, clean up after yourself, and occasionally help me clean the main areas.
I keep a clean home and I want it to stay that way.
Also if you want to have a party, or get together, just ask so I can prepare.
An Invitation would be nice as well.
Otherwise I’m very accommodating, outgoing friendly, and helpful if need be.
