I have a big house and it's just me.
Thinking about finding a smaller place but before i do, id consider a roomate.
Prefer female roomate.
Not for any type of free ride.
Dont really want a relationship.
But we must kinda click.
Have your own vehicle and some kind of an income.
No drama.
Laid back.
Pet friendly with some rules.
Smoker friendly but not inside.
Got a nice porch or a room to smoke if its cold.
Great house .
3 bed 2 bath on 2 acres in country setting.
I love this place.
I want someone i can share this great place with.
Central heat and air.

Ive had the place since February so life is already running here.
May be open to a couple.
