What You'll Do As a Maintenance Tech IV, you'll be part of our team located in Tupelo, MS.
You'll get to: Perform preventative maintenance and general maintenance on all equipment and parts associated with this equipment.
Proficient in electrical schematics/troubleshooting skills Work in a team environment.
Maintain clean and orderly work area according to the 5S principles.
Maintain, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs to maximize use of control technology and minimize installation and operating cost.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain end devices, alarms, shutdown systems, process controls, variable frequency drives, robots, etc.
Participate in the improvements of plant equipment to maximize productivity.
Assist with the implementation of capital projects.
Provide training and technical support.
Assist with major repairs/rebuilds with the appropriate skills.
Exercise necessary precautions to ensure personal safety and safety of others.
Ensure accurate completion of all necessary paperwork and/or documentation.
Understand and follows the Tupelo site's environmental policy and the environmental impacts associated with their work activities.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned based on job knowledge.
Participate in Lean Events as required.

Must be able to detect and solve equipment operational problems.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Must possess knowledge of electrical motors and their installation along with all drives and their operation.
Must have strong PLC and troubleshooting skills.
Must have good working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Must be proficient in robotic controls and systems.
Must fully understand computer software and hardware devices and industrial applications.
Familiarity with the following is a plus: The A/B family of controls along with Fanuc, Siemens, Toyopuc, Mitsubishi, Marposs, Okuma, Red Line, Automation Direct, all Microsoft products, Texas Instruments, Delta controllers, Honeywell, Denso, Toshiba, and all robotic programming and controls.
Fabrication, plumbing, installation skills a plus Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be quality conscious.
Must be a team player.
Must uphold 5S standards.
Associated of Applied Science (AAS) or other Maintenance related diploma/degree/certificate.
6 years equivalent experience.
Or Combination of education and experience.
