Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO 9001 and Company procedures Manage Inventory DOS Schedule Compliance Service fill rate Entering PO's and releases for outsourced parts Schedule to machine capacity Enter and maintain BOM's, Routings, Item processes, and MO's Maintain data base Advance computer skills Capable of working overtime Team oriented Capacity Planning The Person: High School Diploma, Degree preferred 3+ years related experience Ability to communicate with all levels of management and suppliers both verbally and in writing Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Experience with integrated materials/production systems (MRP) Experience with Capacity Planning AS400 experience Ability to work with and maintain confidential information Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work under pressure and deadlines Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail Strong initiative and drive to resolve problems and implement process improvements The Details: Competitive salary Medical, dental, life, vision, wellness program, disability, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off and tuition reimbursement.
