Complete engineering tasks, including: Programming PLC's and data collection Installation, wiring, programming, and modification of new or existing equipment Coordination of schedules, follow up of assignments, maintaining quality and production standards Collaborate with Facilities Engineers during the development of new equipment Plan and recommend future equipment and facility upgrades Assist in the selection of new technology from the market place Identify areas of concern or opportunities for improvement and implement changes Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO and company procedures Review and enhance procedures for qualification and manufacturing process.
Working with yield improvements, through put, safety, quality, speed & cost.
Supporting documentation and standard operating procedures for the shop floor.
Assist in creating training material, rolling out training classes, testing, and approval of production staff.
