Construction Laborer/Superintendent

```Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team.
As such, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
This includes supervising the construction crew, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget according to plans and specifications.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation including daily logs and progress reports.
You will insure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
It will be your responsibility to provide leadership and guidance to the crew and to foster a positive work environment.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting constrution plans is required.
Pay will be based on experience.
Laborers: A basic knowledge of carpentry skills and a general knowlege of operating hand tools.
Ability to follow directions and be a team player.
