The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and is located in Selmer, Tennessee.
As a Senior Maintenance Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the Maintenance team in conducting activities according to agreed maintenance guidelines and procedures to increase the overall efficiency of the equipment and production line.
Your responsibilities
Responds to emergencies/breakdowns
Reports all recurring problems with machinery, equipment, and parts that can be identified and addressed for record-keeping
Sets calibration and adjusts equipment, machinery, and instruments to comply with production specifications and instructions
Your background
Basic technical tasks training via an accredited Maintenance technical program with minimum of 7 years of experience
Strong organizational ability with keen attention to detail
Be self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skill sets
Strong communication skills both written and oral/excellent team player
Task and detail oriented; manage time with minimal supervision
