Painter residential/ commercial

Our work environment includes: * Growth opportunities Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damage - Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment - Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results - Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment - Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to customer satisfaction - Restore and refinish surfaces as needed - Perform construction painting tasks such as drywall repair and texture application - Assist with concrete finishing projects when necessary Qualifications: - Proven experience in painting or a related field - Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials - Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities - Familiarity with color theory and the ability to match colors accurately - Proficient in caulking and other surface preparation techniques - Experience with airless paint spraying equipment is a plus - Familiarity with trim carpentry is beneficial - Ability to work independently or as part of a team Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
