In support of the Drop / Install Account Manager, the Fiber Optic Drop / Install Account Coordinator is responsible for providing end to end workflow support, and ensuring accuracy and follow-through of data entry related to drops and installations.
This position will serve as a liaison between the installers, Finance and Operations teams, and works with both Company and contractor installers to QC data submitted.
This position requires an intuitive self-starter who excels at problem solving and working with deadlines.
This position if fully remote and has flexible hours.
During the training period, hours are less than 30 per week and the position is classified as part-time.
Once fully trained, the position will transition to full-time hours of 30 – 40.
Responsibilities
Assist with preparation and administration of project data needed for billing customers
Comfortable with Data Entry and Record Tracking
Review weekly billing from employees and contractors’, perform Quality Control review of all information and compile data for billing purposes
Update the project tracker daily.
Ability to meet weekly deadlines in an efficient and timely manner.
Communicate with coworkers as needed with task updates and new developments.
Qualifications:
2 years+ administrative and office work experience
Ability to work from home (hi-speed Internet connection, phone, ability to provide professional representation when speaking with clients)
Working knowledge of MS Office 365, MS Outlook, SharePoint, Windows operating systems, and Google Drive
Must have an honest work ethic.
Incredible attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to conduct oneself in a professional and polite manner in all aspects of written and telephone communication with staff, contractors, and customers.
Excellent organization skills, time management and multitasking skills
Fast learner and adaptable when taking on new tasks and responsibilities.
Perform duties independently by exercising discretion and sound judgment.
Team player with a great attitude.
