Create work orders required to produce material sequentially through the manufacturing operation
Manage requests from sales and manufacturing related to work orders and expediting for the planning/scheduling department
Coordinate and execute Scheduling activities for the respective area
Assure that operations have necessary materials to meet required manufacturing/production levels
Communication on regular basis to support sales and internal customers on product availability
Work as a team to creates solutions on material availability and scheduling challenges resulting from unplanned problems: part shortages, sales increases beyond forecast and fluctuations in product yields
