Coldwater Landscapes has been serving The Shoals and beyond for over a decade.
We believe that quality is key and that a small-town business CAN do big things! We are looking for amazing team members to enhance our company mission, vision, and core values!
A day in the life of our Enhancement Crew Member includes, but not limited to:
· Routinely caring for trees, plants, and hedges by pruning and trimming
· Watering and monitoring the growth of greenery.
· Extracting and disposing of invasive plants and weeds.
· Sod installation.
· Spraying or spreading fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides.
· Mulching.
· Debris clean up.
· Bed and border installation.
· Stock maintenance.
Our ideal candidate has:
· Knowledge of tree and plant identification.
· Ability to operate small equipment including trimmers and blowers.
· Ability to stoop, stand, bend, and walk the majority of the day.
· Able to develop a strong rapport with team members.
We have a 12-month-long busy season, and we tackle almost anything involving the outdoors: Landscapes, Hardscapes, or Property Maintenance.
Commercial or Residential!
We offer competitive wages and benefits including:
· Hourly rates starting at $15.
