North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a* Master Technician *to join our team.
The ideal candidate will maintain and repair the machinery within the department in order to reduce downtime and ensure the smooth flow of materials through the department.
*Essential Duties & Responsibilities*
*Your Priorities*
* Supports manufacturing through the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and electronic controls, and the improvement of the assembly processes.
* Implements and maintains standards and standard processes for technicians.
* Monitors preventative maintenance schedules and equipment repair logs.
* Creates and maintains log of equipment downtime.
* Monitors product quality and performance of equipment.
* Orders repair parts, equipment, supplies, etc.
, and establishes a spare parts inventory system.
*Requirements*
*Your Background*
* Associate Degree in Industrial Technology or related field, plus two years as an “A” Technician *OR*
* 5 years as an “A” Technician.
_Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience preferred_.
