*Our Opportunity*
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a *Production Control Clerk - I* to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide support to the Plant Production Control Department and participate in Kaizen activities within the department.
*Essential Duties & Responsibilities*
*Your Priorities*
* Populates and distributes the daily inventory sheets.
* Conducts daily inventories of problem components and packaging.
* Makes inventory adjustments for scrap, purge, samples, balances, and negative inventories.
* Processes all sample requests, maintains sample log, and reports on overdue samples.
* Maintains the number of yellow Kanban for purchased parts.
* Assists in printing, filing, and stuffing Kanban cards.
*Requirements*
*Your Background*
High School Diploma or GED, plus 0 to 2 years of progressive manufacturing experience.
_Experience with computerized material requirements planning is preferred.
