\ We have an immediate opening for a Vaccination Foreman in the Vaccination department at our Loretto, TN facility.
Our Vaccination Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of multiple move Crews.

Qualifications/Skills:
Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
Strong sense of personal responsibility
Team oriented
Must have a strong work ethic and good attendance record
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50lbs
Basic chemical understanding is a strong plus
Able to withstand exposure to dry, dusty environments, the ongoing presence of farm-related smells or foul odors, and extreme climate exposure both hot and cold
Must have a valid driver's license
All required clothing and necessary PPE is provided
Requirements:
Adhere to and maintain sanitation, bio-security, and safety practices at all times
Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to properly complete tasks
Oversee the vaccination crews at 2wk/6wk/11wk/18wk processes
Placement sprays
Proficient in GP vaccination program and vaccine administrations
Supervise hourly employees following BASE policy & ISO objectives
Assist in completing employee orientations, training, and performance evaluations
Assist in daily and weekly crew/service scheduling
Problem solve issues and road blocks involving personnel and/or farm issues
Obtained knowledge on all vaccination processes
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
