FRAME DEPARTMENT (WELDER) HOME BUILDING TEAM MEMBER:
Home Building Team Members build homes for families.
Each department within the facility has specific tasks to perform to build a complete home.
Every position follows standard production methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
The Welders role will utilize a team approach to achieve plant objectives, exceed customer expectations, and meet production demands.
The ideal candidate:
Excellent attendance and willingness to work overtime if necessary
Maintain a high level of safety by resolving hazards immediately
Produce an outstanding product by maintaining quality that exceeds customer’s expectations

Ability to create a positive work environment through effective communication
Maintain a high level of organization and housekeeping
Follow ISO 14001 standards for the department
Skills and Knowledge:
Attention to detail
Ability to build by blueprints
Achieve daily production schedule
High level of safety knowledge in a welding department
MIG and stick welding knowledge required (steel only)
Experience Desired:
Welding in a high production environment
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic mathematical and measuring skills
