50 night shift differential.
Shift:
Nights: 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.
Day: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat.
Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thurs.
Primary Objective:
Programming, monitoring, and adjusting machines for the various tile processes to ensure a quality product.
Major Functions & Scope:
Inspecting tile and machines to determine adjustments needed for the tiling process.
Select finished tile based on shades and quality criteria.
(first choice, second choice, waste).
Restart the selection line when it stops - clear jams, clear boxes, clear labels, and stickers).
Feed materials onto the selection line (boxes, labels, stickers, glue, wax, pallets).
Re-select tile following production problems.
Print tickets for pallets.
Inspect finished pallets concerning correct labels, codes, and stickers; move pallets off of the line.
Set up printers according to stacker settings.
Keep the work area clean and safe, and put tools and supplies in designated storage areas.
Education & Knowledge:
Good computer and analytical skills are required.
CNC, Hydraulics, and Pneumonic knowledge preferred.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Experience:
1-3 years of previous manufacturing/production experience.
Competencies:
Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
Good computer and mathematical skills.
Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
Ability to understand and speak basic English.
