The Maintenance Reliability & PM Supervisor will provide strong leadership and be a technical resource to the maintenance department with a clear vision for a value-added PM Team with a strong focus on Reliability.
This individual will be responsible for supervising and leading the PM Maintenance Team in such a way that promotes a safe, positive, productive, and engaged work environment as well as encourages total employee involvement.
Will supervise and or support all aspects of maintenance reliability including, but not limited to: PM development and execution, spare parts, workforce scheduling, special projects, reliability of equipment, inspection process, parts ordering and fabrication, record keeping, etc.
Must have knowledge of complex mechanical and electrical systems and machines, mechanical drive trains and components, electrical systems including PLC, HMI and drives.
Develop and implement the plant’s overall preventative and predictive maintenance programs with working knowledge of TPM and RCM principles.
Must be able to work as part of the management team.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities
