Construction Supervisor

Company Description We are a small construction company focusing on renovating rental properties and assisting home owners with home repair projects.
We are veteran and law enforcement owned, and honesty is extremely important to us.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Florence, AL with Hardy Enterprise LLC.
The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on-time, and within budget.
The Construction Supervisor will manage a team of construction workers and communicate with owners to determine scope of work.
Qualifications - Minimum of five years of experience in the construction industry - Experience in managing construction projects from start to finish - Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - MUST be able to finish drywall well, not just patch - Excellent supervisory and leadership skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience in quality control and ensuring compliance with project specifications Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or skills required for the position.
