Job Title: Quality Engineer - Manufacturing
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team.
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products through the development and implementation of quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to identify and rectify defects.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
Analyze data and trends to proactively address potential quality issues and prevent defects.
Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate and determine the root causes of quality issues and work closely with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive records of quality inspections, test results, and other relevant data.
Generate regular reports on quality performance, highlighting areas for improvement and showcasing achievements.
Supplier Collaboration:
Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials, conduct supplier audits, and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality.
Quality Assurance Standards:
Stay abreast of industry quality standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure the organization's compliance and competitiveness.
Training and Development:
Provide training to production personnel on quality control procedures and standards.
Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Familiarity with relevant quality assurance frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Preferred Skills:
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.
Experience with statistical analysis and quality management software.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
