```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of various systems and equipment
- Proficiency in mechanical , electrical, and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients
Skills:
- Mechanic: Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical systems.
Knowledge of mechanical systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Service Technician: Experience working as a service technician in a similar field.
- Maintain: Ability to perform regular maintenance tasks on equipment and systems.
- Air Conditioning: Knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Field Service: Experience providing on-site service for customers in various locations.
- Design: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
