Team Lead - 1st Shift Finishing (6am - 2:30pm)

*Primary Purpose of Job and Contribution to Organization:* Coating Line Lead responsible for the overall operation of the coating line and that all processes are covered, and product meets quality and safety standards specified in the customer floor drawings.
*Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:* _The following job functions are not all-inclusive.
The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities requested by the General Manager.
Job duties may change as required by needs of company.
_ * Ensures that production line is meeting production goals set by the Supervisor and/or upper management * Ensures that product is powder coated and packaged as per the customer specification * Assists the Supervisor in maintaining safety measures for the department.
* Responsible for training of new employees assigned to the department * Work line positions, as needed * Other duties as assigned by management.
*Qualifications:* * High School Diploma, GED * Minimum one (1) year in manufacturing environment.
* Ability to multi task, have organizational ability.
* Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment * Ability to lead and work closely with employees.
Able to direct employees in a professional manner.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
