Industrial Engineer

Role and Responsibilities: Collect time study data and provide graphical and detail reports Balance production lines by level loading work elements for high utilization of operators Conduct PFMEA and implement corrective actions as necessary.
KPI assessment and corrective measure implementation Assist manufacturing and engineering with product/process technical problem solving as needed.
Work collaborative with design teams and other disciplines.
Lead improvement projects which improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 10 years related manufacturing experience Proven problem-solving skills utilizing DMAIC and/or 6 Sigma methods Proficient with MS Office.
Proficient with using various measuring devices including calipers, micrometers, etc.
Exhibits the ability to learn quickly and the desire to make improvements Excellent communications and interpersonal relations.
Excellent analytical skills.
Preferred Skills: Experience in the manufacture of compressors and condensing units.
Ability to move into a manager position.
