Welder This person needs to be talented in Aluminum welding.
They will be the builder of the boat, and their welds will be seen on the finished product.
A hardworking professional who likes challenges and can rise to the occasion.
This person will also have to have a steady hand and attention to detail.
This position is instrumental to the company as a whole.
Requirements Basic English reading and writing skills and able to communicate well with co-workers.
Be able to follow instructions and/or directions.
Physically strong, left up to 50lbs.
, agile and dexterous.
Able to stand, bend, reach, and crawl around inside boat hull.
Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
Mathematical skills, read a tape measure and calculate numbers.
Excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools.
Follow strict safety regulations.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Maintaining a clean work area.
Qualifications Welding experience in MIG and/or TIG Aluminum Welding is preferred A minimum of 2 years experience as a welder is preferred A Proficient knowledge of all aspects of welding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs
