*Job Description:*
This is a *fast-pace,* *physical job* performing general labor in our production facility.
Our production team members cut and stack wood to specification, build new pallets, and various other tasks.
They use a variety of hands-on equipment including automatic nail guns, band saws, and other mechanical equipment and machinery.
Comprehensive training is provided for all team members.
*Responsibilities:*
· Arrive at work on-time is a must
· Ability to read tape measure
· Lift up to 50 lbs.
on a regular basis and team lift over 50 lbs.
· Stand or twist for extended periods of time in seasonal temperatures
· Must be able to follow detailed verbal instruction
· Use a variety of tools and machines such as power drills and nail guns
· Use of saws (requires specific training and authorization by supervisor)
· Maintain a clean work area
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor
· Must be 18 years or older
*Preferred Experience:*
· Production Environment
· Fork lift experience a plus
\*If none, on-the-job training is typically provided

\*Employees are expected to arrive 10 minutes before shift to begin work on time!
*Wage:* Starts at $14.
00/hour plus additional monthly attendance bonus (depending on experience)
