Responsibilities
Drive WCM (World Class Manufacturing) implementation at plant level by building and following roads maps and Implementation plans according to the management objectives.
Ensure implementation consistency and proper resources allocation.
Ensure proper documents are developed, maintained, and managed in accordance with the road map.
Ownership for plant deployment strategy and reaching roadmap.
Organize the communication and the promotion of WCM program to the local employees.
Act as a coach to help people to understand management way change.
Educate, coach, train local managers as a reinforcement of the Central Team actions.
Help the pillar managers to solve issues, act as a first level of escalation to plant manager.
Report KPIs and KAIs as well as implementation issues and risks to the plant manager and to the Leadership Team.
Organize and facilitate local periodic review meetings as well as Steering committees and program reviews.
Contribute to develop the WCM program at the group level by participating to working teams and workshops and occasionally by developing standards documents.
Facilitate the communication and action of the Central Team toward the local managers.
Organize local audits, trainings, and workshops.
Benchmark best practices with other sites (Tarkett or other companies).

Context and environment
The group has decided to use World Class Manufacturing (WCM) to speed up improvement in its Business Centre’s across safety, customer service, environment, quality, and production, and to consolidate its leading position in the market.
WCM is organized with a roadmap and its deployment is based on the concept of central and local team.
Accountabilities
Act as a leader to drive WCM success at the plant level.
Ensure proper implementation of the WCM methodology and respect of WCM central policies.
Ensure progress of WCM program towards plan as evaluated by Audits results, Central Team evaluation, KPIs & KAIs
Qualifications / Experience required (from most important to less)
Experience:
Engineer or University degree with deep experience
Experience in Lean & Continuous Improvement support function.
Experience in Lean methodology and tools in a culture of value stream and kaizen.
Knowledge of statistical tools, problem solving tools and continuous improvement tools.
Experience as a plant manager, production manager or production engineer.
Competencies:
Strong in Interpersonal Effectiveness (listening, open to others, empathy, good teacher & coach, both supportive/encouraging and capable to challenge.
)
Leadership
Strong in Organizing & Planning (rigorous, structured, methodical)
Good balance between conceptual/overall vision and detail thinking/pragmatism
Fluent in English, Intercultural awareness
