General Labor Worker and Metal Fabrication Grinder

Thacker Casket Manufacturing is the largest family owned casket manufacturing company and has been in business since 1939.
Thacker Casket Manufacturing employees about 250 team members at our 300,000 sq.
ft.
facility in Florence, Alabama and produces funeral products, mainly caskets, for funeral homes across the country.
To achieve that vision, we are hiring production *general labor positions* and production *metal fabrication grinder positions*.
The positions are full time, with normal work hours between either 5:30am-4:00pm or 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, and possible overtime on Fridays depending on market conditions.
If no overtime is needed, employees enjoy a three-day weekend.
All candidates must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from Florence, AL and will be given a drug test upon their arrival.
*These positions range in pay from $15.
20-$16.
20 per hour with eligibility for a bi-weekly bonus based on department performance.
