Engineering Manager

*About the job:* *Environment:* Office area, production floor and distributor locations *Requirements:* * Bachelor’s degree in engineering * Management / Supervisor experience * Experience with ERP / BOM Systems * Experience in the truck equipment industry is preferred and * *Manufacturing industry Required.
* * *Proficient in SolidWorks* * Basic knowledge of *hydraulic and electrical systems* is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must be able to maintain, be responsible for, and keep current on scheduled workload.
* Ability to see situations from a variety of viewpoints (customer, employee, management, etc.
) * Occasional travel, valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
* Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
* Must be a team player with high integrity and strong work ethics to meet company goals.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $90,000.
00 - $110,095.
