*Title:* Customer Service Representative
*Reports To: * Production Manager
*Status:* Full Time/Hourly (40 hrs/week; additional hours as needed to support company and individual goals)

*Job Summary *
Input and maintain customer information and releases and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Work with purchasing, shipping, and production to ensure on time delivery.
*Essential Job Functions*
* Set up and maintain electronic and manual customer releases in databases.
Reconcile items as needed.
* Create and maintain customer masters, trading partners, EDI, and orders.
* Enter new part number information.
Maintain individual part master.
* Respond to customer calls, emails, and faxes which may include taking orders, checking on delivery, questions, and complaints.
* Monitor engineering change, EOP, bank, and material changes on parts to minimize obsolescence.
Use info to determine possible FG claims with customer.
Fill out forms for disposal as needed.
* Create and update daily/special order pick lists for the shipping department based on customer orders.
* Maintain short ship sheets and delivery performance.
* Receive PO review process from Engineering and enter pricing in the system.
* Post production and fix label errors from the production floor.
* Maintain ship schedule/acknowledgements for customer via inhouse and customer portals.
* Utilize and maintain customer specific website per customer requirements.
* Create/Modify label formats and print labels when needed.
* Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and performing cycle counts and month end inventory as needed.
* Run MRP and post production work orders.
* Maintain scheduled down records for both AS400 & MRC by resource for holidays and weekends.
* Analyze MRP weekly for suggested build quantities and timelines and schedule accordingly to ensure production requirements are met, while utilizing manufacturing resources efficiently.
* Enter receipts in database and create labels.
* Back up for shipping and receiving as needed.
Prep paperwork then load and unload trucks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.
00 per hour
