AIA is seeking Production Team Members to work in Production in Guntown, Mississippi.
AIA Countertops is a fabricator of solid surface, granite, and quartz countertops, backsplashes, tables, and other products to the residential, commercial, RV, and marine industries.
We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated to add to their growing Team!

Those who work in production may be responsible for different positions including pneumatic tool use to buff and sand, gluing, and/or general labor in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Those who work in these positions work in a production environment to produce quality parts for the customers we serve.
* Candidates must have a good work history
* Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
continuously throughout their shift
* Candidates must be able to work in a manufacturing environment including the heat during the summer
* Must be able to work efficiently and safely while meeting quality standards
* Candidates must have good communication skills
* Able to stand throughout the duration of the shift
* Must be able to use hand tools
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment where attention to detail is critical
