```Duties```
- Operate and maintain production equipment, such as welders, press brake machines, and CNC machines
- Fabricate metal parts and components according to blueprints and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the necessary steps for fabrication
- Utilize CAD software to create and modify designs
- Set up and adjust tooling for different production runs
- Perform quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
```Experience```
- Previous experience operating welding equipment, press brake machines, and CNC machines
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of CAD software, such as SolidWorks, for design modifications
- Familiarity with tooling setup and adjustment for different production runs
- Ability to perform quality checks using calipers or other measuring tools
- Experience with CNC or CAM programming is a plus
