I am looking for a female that is interested in exchanging housecleaning, home making, and cooking, and run errands occasionally, in exchange for room and board.

Have a comfortable 2 bedroom home with 1 and half bathrooms, central air, DISH tv, internet and wi-fi.
Washer and dryer in the house.
Use of private, furnished bedroom.
Share the house and the grounds.
Smoking is ok.
Must be in good health and overall physical condition.
No drugs.
I am retired single man, in excellent health.
