Hello, I'm looking for a responsible female roommate.
I am medically retired but can take care of myself, my house and my needs.
I don't need someone to do those things for me, I just need some help paying the bills.
SSDI does NOT provide enough to live alone.
I don't care what your sexual preference is, your ethnicity, or your age.
As long as you're a decent human being, pick up after yourself and can pay your rent.
If we have things in common that would be great and make living together easier but it's not a requirement.
You will have your own furnished bedroom and bathroom (bathroom shared with any guest) You will also have full access to the entire house including laundry.
My room is the only room off limits.
If you pay rent, this will be just as much your house as it is mine.
I don't have much company come over and I pretty much keep to myself.
I am asking $510 a month to share my almost 620 sq.
ft.
mobile home.
All utilities and Wi-Fi included.
