$300 / 1br - We need an affordable place (Lawrenceburg)

Hi me and my fiance are looking for somewhere to rent that's cheap.
We both work and need a house for rent no one's currently living in.
All we can offer is $300 a month plus I will keep the home clean.
Does anyone have a house or a rent to own home? We are trying to get on our feet together and times are tough with prices.
We don't have animals or smoke.
We just need us a space to rent out no one living in.
We don't want to live with anyone we want our privacy and home we are renting to ourselves.
We live in lawrenceburg TN and need a place to stay in the area due to our jobs.
