Hi there! I'm looking for a professional roommate with steady income to occupy a vacant 1 bedroom shared bathroom in my 4 bedroom house.
Washer/Dryer on site.
400 MBPS internet.
Located in a quiet neighborhood in Florence.
There are two cool male occupants who have been there between 3-5 years.
Please no smoking, no pets (already 1 cat in house) and no drama to bring along.
Bonus if you like comics and movies.
I'm asking $800 per month plus 1/3 utilities and $200 deposit.
In addition I am seeking a low key, hard working, easy going individual that gets along.
