2br - Room for help (Collinwood)

I'm seeking a female who wants a private room for simply keeping the house decent and sorta keeping an eye on me while I'm out doing things because I have medical issues and my medical alert system doesn't have service here.
I don't care if you have a child I'm fine with that as well.
Very safe place here with lots of yard for kids to play in and a creek right down the hill.
