Thrift Store Manager

Duties: -We are a Christian based organization and you will be expected to uphold these qualities.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and employee management - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets - Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching employees on effective sales techniques and product knowledge - Oversee inventory control processes to minimize loss and maximize profitability - Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training and development opportunities - Supervise and motivate a team of retail sales associates - Monitor store performance and implement corrective actions as needed - Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment Qualifications: - Strong understanding of retail math and ability to analyze sales data - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proven experience in inventory control and managing stock levels - Ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
