```Duties:``` - Oversee the daily operations and management of the apartment community to include supervision of site staff - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants - Screen and select qualified tenants, including conducting background checks and verifying references - Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations - Collect rent payments and manage delinquencies, including initiating eviction proceedings when necessary - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling contractors and ensuring work is completed to satisfaction - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards - Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, leases, and tenant communications - Stay updated on local market trends and adjust rental rates as needed ```Qualifications:``` - Proven experience as a Property Manager overseeing 100+ units of market rate and HUD subsidy.
- Strong sales and upselling skills to attract new tenants and retain existing ones - Knowledge of property maintenance practices, contract management, and data entry - Experience using Yardi management software.
Yardi Genesis 2 a definite plus - Understanding of property management laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting purposes Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $43,000.
