What The Role Is
The Card Services Operations Team Lead II will perform multiple duties and support various initiatives in the Card Services – Fraud/Disputes area.
This position is on-site.
How You will Make an Impact:
Training of Card Services – Fraud/Disputes Staff
Assist staff in the daily functions of the Card Services Fraud/Disputes area
Assist in developing and maintaining departmental procedures for Card Services – Fraud/Disputes
Ensure quality standards and daily processing deadlines are met
Management of internal and external projects as assigned
Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor
Who You Are:
High school education and 1-2 years related work experience in bank operations
Ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting deadlines and production goals
Detail oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
