Loan Operations Manager
The Loan Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day functions of the Business Loan Coordination team.
The general role of the Loan Operations Manager is to manage, direct and oversee all of their processes, ensure proper training, and demonstrate quality leadership.
Specific Duties Include, but are not Limited to:
Monitor Problem Resolution functions to ensure
Proper Branch Support
Timely Response to and Tracking of Issues
Escalation of software, systems, and loan problems
Continuous training on operations and regulations
Innovate Maintenance solutions to improve
Throughput
Renewal processing time
Monetary posting
Continuous training on operations and regulations
Foster Loan Processing standards to
Ensure processing times that meet or exceed service level agreements
Diversify employees to facilitate cross training and reduce knowledge silos
Review processor performance, productivity, and accuracy in exception citing
Gain continuous training on operations and regulations
Expedite Exceptions resolution and tracking thru
Streamlining method for lenders to submit documents for exceptions
Improving reporting for lenders and management by prioritizing exceptions processing for operations employees and lenders
Cross-training between loan processing and exceptions for workload balancing during peak seasons for tax returns and financial statements
Continuous training on operations and regulations
Evaluate and monitor staffing levels, job grades, job duties, and requirements to foster retention, advancement, and mentoring to empower employees to achieve maximum potential
Coordinate communication and cooperation between other departments in loan operations by participating in Loan Operations management committees and relaying information to and from applicable employees
Assist the Regional Loan Coordinator Liaison with daily assistance and communication with the Regional and Divisional Loan Coordinators
Participate in company working groups and committees as directed
Education
Required
Bachelors or better
