Responsibilities:
Ensure existing staff and newly hired employees follow restaurant procedures and comply with company policies
Maintain safety and food quality standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of restaurant and ensuring staff does the same with their designated areas
Supervise daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
Order food and supplies while staying within budget limitations
Appraising staff performance
Interact with guests to maintain a positive dining experience and get feedback on product quality
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years in hospitality work (2 of which at one entity)
Minimum 2 years in a leadership/management role a plus
Ability to control operational costs and identify ways to cut labor and/or waste
Ability to recruit professional and hard working team members
Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently
Must be available to work a 50-hour work week; weekends, morning, and evening shifts
