Auto Group - Pick-up & Delivery Manager - Full-time

The Pick-up & Delivery Manager (P&D Mgr) will manage a team of employees who coordinate, dispatch, and implement the pick-up & delivery of customer vehicles to/from the Dealerships' Service Departments.
The P&D Manager will be responsible for staffing, leading, and managing teams of drivers and administrative staff for each dealership within the Auto Group.
He/she will oversee all aspects of the Pick-up & Delivery process, keeping all dealership teams consistent in their coordination and handling of P&D events.
He/she will also be accountable for each individual team's performance based on the agreed-upon targets for each market, as well as the growth & success of the overall program.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, several years experience in a management position of team leadership, and a passion for logistics.
He/she must have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, good interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, exceptional computer & organizational skills, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
