Metal Prep Team Lead

In this role you will coordinate all work activities to other hourly associates as necessary.
Responsible for overseeing team and motivating them to achieve successful completion of projects in a timely manner.
You will be at the helm of our Metal Prep Department overseeing a wide range of tasks including but not limited to: Blue Print Reading, Brake Press, CNC Laser, Laser Nesting Software, Lathe Operations, Manual Saw, Metal Shear, Torching.
Communication & effective leadership is a must, in addition to having mechanical knowledge of all operations in Metal Prep Department.
