Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is seeking a qualified Principle Master Planning and Scheduling Analyst 3 or a qualified Sr Principle Master Planning and Scheduling Analyst 4 to join our team of high performing, diverse individuals.
This position will be located in Iuka, MS and requires working from our NG facility on a 9/80 schedule.

The Air Dominance Division is a fast paced, dynamic, and complex environment that requires a candidate to possess self-initiative, strong analytical skills, and solid leadership characteristics.
Candidate will have the following, but not limited to, responsibilities: Prepares, develops and coordinates the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts Analyzes schedule for critical path, recognizing implications of changes and assists in the development and incorporation of work-around plans into the schedule when change is required Utilizes Gantt, PERT milestone charts, EVM and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas Develops necessary scheduling reports and metrics to enable management decisions Analyze variances/trends and develop new methods and process techniques Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to: DCMA 14-point IPMR DI-MGMT-81861 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Critical Path Analysis Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis Conducts Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits Serves as program planning surge support for programs as needed Work under very general supervision while completing numerous assignments and elevating potential issues to ensure proper management focus Conducts Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits Serves as program planning surge support for programs as needed as well as a developer and trainer of Jr analysis and peers We offer phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly collaborative workplace.

Basic Qualifications Level 3: Master’s degree with 4 years' experience or a Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years’ proven experience in Program Planning, Program Scheduling, Master Planning, Industrial Engineering, and/or industry related experience Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain program access Experience using Word, PowerPoint, Excel (including creating, maintaining, analyzing and manipulating spreadsheets with complex formulas), and scheduling software such as: MS Project, Primavera, Real Time Project, Deltek Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or similar Basic Qualifications Level 4: Master’s degree with 8 years' experience or a Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years’ proven experience in Program Planning, Program Scheduling, Master Planning, Industrial Engineering, and/or industry related experience Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain program access Full understanding and in depth experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and ability to support implementation on programs Highly experienced with Word, PowerPoint, Excel (including creating, maintaining, analyzing and manipulating spreadsheets with complex formulas), and scheduling software such as: MS Project, Primavera, Real Time Project, Deltek Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or similar Preferred Qualifications: Possess intermediate to advanced skills in MS Project and the detail development of an IMS Understanding of and experience with providing support to Integrated Product Teams (IPT) Experience in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) and DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs) Ability to create high level metrics and brief to executive, program and customer leadership Excel macro/VBA skills Understands International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Salary Range for Master Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Level 2) $70,600.

00 Salary Range Principal Master Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Level 3) $87,500.
00 - $131,300.
00 Salary Range: $70,600 - $106,000 Salary Range 2: $87,500 - $131,300 Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
