Lead Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Manager with Electronics Maintenance, CNC Equipment and manual machining equipment experience to lead an experienced team to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and maintenance.
You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and Electronics/Computer troubleshooting.
Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job.
The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge.
You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
The candidate must have strong leadership and organizational skills needed to schedule and monitor maintenance work orders and staff accountability.
*Responsibilities:* * Perform minor fixes such as repairing EDM, CNC and general mechanics * Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues * Oversee new Install equipment, equipment moving * Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing parts * Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems for a Computer Controlled Machine process * Check functionality of safety systems, machine guarding * Collaborate with Operators and other professionals during repairs * Report to the Plant Manager and Company Principals *Skills* * Strong management leadership and accountability skills * Proven experience in troubleshooting * Basic knowledge of electronics and computer operations and communication with equipment * Experience using hand and electrical tools and meters * Ability to read technical manuals and drawings * Very good communication and interpersonal skills * Physical stamina and dexterity * Electronics maintenance background is a major plus.
