DAIRY/FROZEN MGR

Description: Basic Function: The Frozen Food and Dairy Manager provides excellent customer service by filling the shelf with incoming stock and back stock, supervising the Frozen Food & Dairy department, and responding to customers’ questions and needs in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Examples Of Work Performed: (Work responsibilities may vary, depending on assignment) Keeps the frozen food & dairy cases neat and clean.
Works back-stock to keep cases full.
Sends back defective items for credit.
Keeps track of ordering.
Sets up coffin coolers for promotional items.
Prevents damage by maintaining proper temperature of product.
Rotates products.
Customer service.
Assists on the frontend to help bag and carryout groceries to customers' vehicle.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the manager.
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility: None Requirements: Work Environment: Kneeling, standing, and lifting objects of 0 – 50 lbs.
