This role is a pivotal part of the leadership team, overseeing HR operations across multiple facilities in Northern Alabama.

*Required Skills*
* Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources within a hospital setting; 5 years preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations relating to Human Resources, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Affirmative Action, ADA, and FMLA.
*Job Description*
As the Human Resources Market Director, you will:
* Serve as the HR leader for the company, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
* Administer and oversee day-to-day operations of the HR function, including employee relations, employment, recruitment and retention, benefits, and worker’s compensation areas.
* Interface with another center, ensuring facility processes and strategies are aligned.
* Provide leadership and direction to ensure compliance with objectives, quality outcomes, and cost-effective healthcare services.
* Mentor staff and provide guidance to the HR leader at the Medical Center.
*Other Qualifications*
* A Master's Degree is a nice-to-have.
* 7 to 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field is preferred.
* Strong preference for candidates with healthcare experience.
*Supervisory Accountability*
* Responsible for supervising HR staff across multiple facilities.
* Direct and coordinate departments through subordinate managers.
* Review and evaluate department performance, establishing long-term goals and objectives.
* Approve and oversee training and development programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.
00 - $115,000.
