The Plant Operations Director will lead all aspects of Plant Operations, Security Personnel, and Biomedical Engineering.
The Director’s responsibility includes meeting goals pertaining to quality, compliance, regulations, safety, and environment of care, productivity, service, budget, constructions, project management, and employee development.
Qualifications:
- Requires two or more years of Director of Plant Operations experience, preferably in a healthcare/hospital environment.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, operations management, and process improvement
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
